Nant Hir #2 was a small privately owned coal mine in the upper Dulais Valley, South Wales. Metholds of mining were basic and may of the older miners had worked in the industry all of their lives. The mine closed in 2016, as the mine, like many others of this scale, hit geological problems and flooding.
